NOTICE

The complaint can be submitted by post (Savska cesta 41/3, 10 000 Zagreb) or by e-mail to info@ombudsman.hr. More detailed information, including what should complaint contain, can be found here or given by calling 01 4851 855.

Due to the current epidemiological situation, personal arrival is possible only exceptionally (if the complaint cannot be submitted by post or e-mail) with mandatory prior announcement and scheduled appointment.

All epidemiological measures must be followed within the Ombudswoman’s premises.
